About Kevin Chamberlain

“A good photograph is one that communicates a fact, touches the heart and leaves the viewer a changed person for having seen it. It is, in a word, effective.”
Irving Penn

About Us – more specifically

Essentially we are a team of two – with resources to rope in additional experts as the needs arise. I enjoyed many years in the financial services industry but decided on a complete career change in 2000 and turned to my lifelong love of photography.  I honed my technical skills and graduated in 2006 (after 3 years formal study) with a Diploma of Photography (with Distinction). I was admitted as an Associate of the Australian Institute of Photography (AIPP) in 2009 then as a Master of Photography in 2013. In 2016 I achieved my first Gold Bar to add to my Masters qualification.  I have twice been awarded AIPP NSW Commercial Photographer of the year (2012 & 2015) and twice a Finalist for the National Award. I work with my wife Sue who often assists but mainly handles administration and nowadays, the bulk of the post production computer work. Together, we bring creativity, expertise and reliability to every photography shoot we do. We would love to help you realise your vision, so please contact us to discuss your photography needs.
